Searching for previously featured cats (and all pets)

What do you mean? If you click the previous animals what does not work?

I click on "Previous Cats", and cats from February 2016 come up. Then I go to the bottom and select a year (any year), and a page comes up that says 'forbidden', 'you do not have permission to access this document'
