My mom took a trip by ambulance to Emerg yesterday morning. She was sent to Emerg at one other hospital a couple of weeks ago for a a precautionary reason. She got all the bells and whistles - blood work, ekg, CT scan of head, x-rays - and all are negative.

Her Parkinsons is again causing her BP to drop when she stands up. Last night the chief neurologist and a resident came in and the chief neuro was horrified that Mom had not had ANY meds all day, including the Sinimet which is essential for Parkinsons. That meant she had not been able to eat all day either.

Anyway, I am off to see her and will feed her cat along the way.

Asking for prayers for her. Selfishly also for me as this is very very stressful and I want to be the best I can.
