    The kids are doing fine now. I did have a scare with Leonardo right before Christmas. He got so he wouldn't eat or
    drink.

    Since he will be 18 in May I was afraid his time had come and took him to the vet. She said his teeth were bad. She ran a test to see if she thought he could stand surgery. Since his kidneys were in remarkable shape for his age I let her do the surgery. As one of our fellow Pet Talkers said he should at least have a chance and if he passed he would pass pain free.

    He just astonished me. I had hardly gotten home when the vet cslled. He was out of surgery and did great. She had to remove all his back teeth. The next morning he was eating well and got to come home. He's been doing fantastic ever since. He eats like a horse.

    He is getting very spoiled.
    No matter what anyone does, someone some where will be offended some how!!!!

    I'm so glad that everything went well with Leonardo's procedure. Kitties are so amazing, especially the ancient ones.
