I made an experimental dish - found a recipe online for a blueberry sour cream cake with a brown sugar crumble, and added more spices, ginger and allspice to the cinnamon the recipe called for. Although the actual one disappeared entirely at fellowship after church, it only required 1 cup of sour cream, and I had a 2-cup container so could make another here for Thursdays - anyone want some?
