    Love to Belle!

Oh dear, poor Belle! Recovery from surgery is no fun for humans, let alone furkids! But the important thing is the surgery went well, that's she home, and fingers crossed for a good lab report next week! And of course we know her mommy is doing her best to make her extra comfy! Lots of love and cuddles to you, sweetheart! Get well soon!

Aww, hope she is patient with her "recovery" time, and heals well!

I'm glad that Belle's surgery went well.
Belle, your mom is definitely a pro when it comes to taking care of post-op patients, I wish you a speedy recovery.

Dearest Belle, that is wonderful news that the surgery went so well! We are wishing and hoping and praying that your recovery goes well, too, and you are soon back to your regular routine and activities.

Thank you Randi, Karen, Sandra, cats4ever, Phesina and Pat.

Belle is doing fine. Finished the Tramadol, so no meds for her. She is such a great patient, walks right into the x-pen when we return from a trip outside. She is clearly confused as to WHY she can't be with us, and sleep in the big bed at night; but she is amenable.

Yesterday morning I did take the other 4 out in the car for walkies at the park, where they can run off leash. Soon as she realized she was NOT coming Belle started barking and whining. I felt terrible, but it is for her own good. That long incision needs to heal up before she starts moving, romping and playing. She was quiet by the time we returned, which is good.

I've emailed the photos to Karen, so in time they will appear in this thread.
