It would be best if you took him in, just to make sure he didn't give himself a hairline fracture or anything! Better safe than sorry, and he =can get a checkup while he is there, so it won;t be a wasted visit!

I agree with Karen: A vet visit is definitely warranted, especially since he is sleeping more than usual.
