I just checked the rules. Although it doesn't address a situation like this directly, it says the winner can pass the next puzzle on to the person with the highest score.
So if no one else guesses a letter or sends you a PM, I guess you need to start another one or hand it to the one with the highest score? That person HAPPENS to be me.
