If you click the little button that says IMG you'll get this: [ img] in the typing area. Then you put the URL (location) of the picture and then hit the IMG button again and you should get a [ /img] after the URL.
That should post the actual picture.
(Note: There will be no spaces in the [ img] and the [ /img] tags, I just put them there so you can see them)
