Dearest Citrus, what a gorgeous, handsome, stunning example of a Maine Coon kitty you are! And what a great photo collection you've shared with us here, including pictures of you as an utterly adorable tiny kitten. It's sad that your mom abandoned you, but how good that you were found by these kind, loving people who brought you Home and nursed you and gave you the care you needed and deserved. Now you are a VERY-full-grown boy, and you and they have been together for eight years!

You are so beautiful, with such thick, luxurious, creamsicle-colored fur and that sweet face with the little orange goatee and the pink nose and the long white whiskers and the lovely pale-green eyes. I wish I could reach through the screen to Folcroft, PA to pet you. I can't, but I'm sure your loving and beloved Purrrents will pet you for me .

And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You're a stubborn, independent, curious, adventurous, funny, loving, and helpful kitty. You do your "wheel of fun" trick and play paper-ball hockey with your friends. And you keep the counter clean of things you don't think belong there, as you demonstrate so well in your video. Your Purrrents and you love each other dearly, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Good afternoon to you, gorgeous Citrus! I agree completely with my friend Phesina - you are handsome and stunning! You were a tiny kitten with your bottle, and now you are a wonderful big kitty guy! I would love to gently pet your full, floofy coat because it looks soooooo soft!

You are a busy kitty, too - you keep the kitchen counters clear, and you play paper ball hockey. Then it is time to be your fluffy, gorgeous self and be spoiled ! Perfect! A most happy Cat of the Day to wonderful Citrus!

Hi Citrus! Happy Cat of the Day!

What a beyond precious wee one you were, Citrus, and what a hunky, handsome big boy you're grown up to be, one magnificent specimen of a Maine Coon kitty! Talk about a kitty super model! Oh, we can only ponder why your fur mommy never came back to collect you way back when. But thankfully your forever humans to be were there to intervene when it was clear she would not return, and the rest is happy history! Your sure do keep your mom and dad on their toes (your counter video was hysterical), though secretly we know they wouldn't have you any other way! What a unexpected gift your humans were given that fateful day then came upon you! The joy, love and laughter you bring to their lives is a priceless gift, indeed!

I absolutely love the picture of Citrus. The frame and background are great. How did you do the background and framing? I would love to do that with my dogs and cat pictures. What a beautiful cat and story. Love the post.
