It is happening on other forums, too - just got one notice from a forum I have not logged into in years.Must be a new spammer tactic.

Yeah, sadly, I cannot see into people's PM mailboxes to delete it before people see it! I can delete a person's posts, but not their sent PMs.

Guess that I am also an "A-lister" (she said dubiously) as I just logged on after reading posts and sure enough I was included in this disgusting spamming effort. Thank you RedHedd for heads-up so I could clean up my "box" without inadvertently opening any links, and thank-you Karen for speedy action.
