Dearest Eloise, what a gorgeous, beautiful young lady you are! Red is definitely your color. That scarf really brings out your long white whiskers and eyebrows and your lovely yellow eyes so full of the look of contentment. And you are adorable in that last picture with your little pink tongue sticking out. What a fine-looking tabby pattern you have in your fur! It looks so soft, and I wish I could reach through the screen over to Coquitlam, BC in Canada to pet you! But since I can't, I know your loving and beloved Purrrsons will pet you for me.
What a terrific Purrrsonality you have! You are so full of energy, and your antics really make your humans smile. You pant like a dog and like to help with the household chores, like cleaning the floor. You cuddle up to your Purrrson and give a massage before falling asleep. You let them know when you want attention: you make cute purring sounds, start rolling around on the floor, and jump up to be beside the nearest Purrrson, wherever he or she is. If I were nearby when you started doing all that, I'd be delighted to give you (and Lilu too) plenty of attention! And you have a kitty playmate, your Abyssinian sister Lilu, too. What a wonderful love-filled home you all share.
You enjoy chasing ribbons and strings, but I have to repeat what Karen said above: PLEASE don't chew them or swallow them! They could cause great internal damage, a medical emergency, if you ingest them. We hope your humans watch very closely when you chase one. Why not just stick to chasing Lilu!
Congratulations, darling Eloise, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and Lilu and your Purrrsons and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of lovies and fun and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
