I want to say that I am glad all the 'Christmas' commercials are done.

The music and marketing gets more ridiculous every year.

I REALLY didn't care for the car commercials that had kids asking how santa got the new car to them. I HATED the commercial in which the kid goes out to pick up the news paper and the parents open the garage door to reveal the new car.

As if the kid really cares?

He's still gonna be asked to be dropped off two blocks away from school, so why bother to impress him with a new car?

I did really like the Planter's Peanut commercial with the nutcracker that shows up to the party.

That was fun.

I am always glad when the commercials stop running, and they stop playing the same 3 pieces of Christmas music on repeat in the stores!

It's tiring as well as difficult to hold a one-sided conversation............you know................talk to the wall??????? It gets old after a while.

I had planned to meet a friend for supper tomorrow ... but she had to cancel. I was looking forward to seeing her. Hope we can reschedule in a few weeks.
