I am very glad that Bassett gets to be home with you.
I did feel as Vio & Juni said;

I hope the vet will find the right treatment for her and you, with us, will have her for many years."

This must be so stressful for both of you. Having her home again
hopefully will let you both feel better. Now that the vets know
what it is'nt, maybe they are closer to finding a way to make
her better completely. You will stay in my prayers for a complete
recovery for sweet Bassett.
