Happy Halloween, Happy Cat of the Day to you, terrific Tuffy!
Last year was Tuffy's first Halloween and he was a Pumpkin!
This year I had one of my clients make him a Prisoner Costume! Tuffy and I will be venturing out on Halloween to the veterinarian clinic for pet treats and a pet photo as well as the Bone & Biscuit for pet treats and a photo. I will be the police officer escorting my prisoner, Tuffy!
Oh my gosh, I can hardly take the cuteness quotient...off the charts! What a fun way for kitties and doggies, and their people of course, to celebrate a safe Halloween! Kudos to your vet and her/his staff for hosting! (Tell your mom she needs to come back and update us with pics of the festive event!)
What a big, beautiful, hunky marmalade boy you are, Tuffy, and quite the smartie cat too! (I think it took my dog longer to "figure out" that treat buster than you!) You sure know how to squeeze every ounce of fun and joy out of your enchanted life, Tuffy! We humans would do well to tear a page out of your playbook! Beautiful, smart, fun loving, and just as sweet as can be! What more could a kitty parent hope for?

Tuffy had a very busy afternoon. He went to the Vet Clinic where he heard many AWWS and that's so cute. The staff loved that he and I were dressed up as Police Officer and Prisoner!! Tuffy was given two rattling toy mice and he had numerous photos taken and photos taken with me. The staff gave me 2 photos!! The staff at the Vet are going to post our photo together on their website. St. Paul Alberta Veternarian Clinic. It probably will be up in a couple days or so. Tuffy also was featured on their website last year. When we left the Vet Clinic a lady asked to take our photo!! She said that was so cute!! After the vet clinic we made a stop at the Bone & Biscuit where he also had numerous photos taken of him!!! He received a baggie of treats and I entered to win a Bag of Treats!!! After that it was off to visit my brother and roomates who throughly enjoyed seeing Tuffy and myself in costume. They gave him some ham and carrots (don't know if cats eat raw carrot!!lol) which Tuffy was eating some of the ham when he got home! Once we were home it was about half an hour before the trick or treaters started coming. Tuffy stayed out on leash for a bit but wanted to watch all the trick or treaters from the comfort of his cat tree, he was somewhat scared of all the people he saw in costume!!! It was a long afternoon for Tuffy and it showed by evening as we were watching tv and I said what's that noise, we put the tv on mute and sure enough it was TUFFY SNORING!!! We had a very Fun Filled Afternoon with Tuffy!! I entered Tuffy in the monstercute.petsmart.com photo contest. I haven't heard whether my photo is approved for the contest, but if it is you will see Tuffy in his Prisoner Costume and Myself as the Police Officer!!
