Congratulations, Stalin, on being COTD! We just laughed and laughed at your narrative - and antics! Your photos are wonderful! The moustache is just too funny and cute! We are so glad your humans keep you SAFE INSIDE! You certainly are a TREASURE! You're our favorite "dictator"!

I follow Stalin on Facebook. His person shared that Stalin's kitty-brother Durin was struck by a car yesterday. A dog found him under some stairs, and the dog's owner contacted Durin's people. Durin was helped out from under the stairs and taken to the veterinarian. He did need surgery and his person hasn't posted yet how it went. I'm not sure how Durin wound up outside- I thought Stalin and Durin were inside kitties. So PTers, if you could offer a healing thought or prayer for Durin. Stalin's page on Facebook is under "Stalin the Cat".

Durin's mom posted on Facebook that he would be ready to be picked up from the doctor's office after he was more fully awake. Also that he likes going outdoors, but he hates his harness. Fingers crossed that he will get used to having it on for trips outdoors! Sweet Durin!
