Liz, you are my hero! Way to go for "Red Girl"!! My husband used to think I was crazy when I'd do things like that. Now he thinks its great. I hope and pray she'll evaluate well for adoption. I've got my fingers crossed and Chester and Millie will cross their paws for her!

I've got that Red girl on my mind this morning, and I'm so relieved that there is a ray of hope for her, Liz. Without your intervention, there might not be. You have gone above and beyond, but I am not surprised at that!

Keep us posted if you learn anything more, and thank you again, Molly and Mike too, for being so willing to step in to help the innocent girl.

Just a short note to say that I have not heard back from the
PB Rescue person as yet. I know they must be super busy all
the time, but I think I'll try giving Rescue a call tomorrow to see
if they managed to see the litle red girl yet. I know she could
win them over if she's given a chance. That's all I want for this
girl is a fair chance at happiness. Good or bad, I'll let you know
what happens. Thanks for the good wishes for this sweetie

I don't have any news yet. I did not call the PB rescue person
yesterday, but I did call today & left a voice mail message.
I'm starting to get a bad feeling about this. Two days after I
learned the red girl was picked up by AC, I had a dream about
her. She(don't know her name), was laying in a green grassy
field & she was smiling the way dogs do when they are resting
and peaceful. The dream woke me up & i told myself that this
could mean good, happy times were ahead for her. I swear,
sometimes I "think" I hear her with her soft whine when I'm
outside in the yard with Moki. I hope she's o.k. & that she's
not too scared or lonesome, wherever she is.

I don't know what else to do but wait and call about her again
in a day or two. Maybe the PB person has bad news & just
doesn't want to tell me. I don't know.

Oh, Liz, how scary. The not knowing and worrying is so hard. I hope she is ok. Thank you so much for caring.

    Logan,

No, I've never gotten a call back from the PB rescue person.
I'm also almost afraid to find out myself. I check my V-mail
everyday after work hoping for some news, but nothing yet.
This PB rescue lady seemed so kind & caring when I first talked
to her & I'm sure she is, but she doesn't know me from "Adam".
Think I'll call Rosie (SS. Animal Shelter) and see if she could
find out any news on the dog. At least Rosie, knows me somewhat & knows my intentions are good. We'll see.
