The pie plates of this cake are made like this:

3 egg whites
150 grams of sugar
75 g potato flour
60 g of wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 egg yolks

When they are baked, you let them cool off and slice them into three. The fillings go in between those layers.
