One wonders what interesting things they could produce for good use, given the right circumstances.

I know a couple of fellows who got out of a medium security place. The younger man said he saw a guy make a needle - for injecting drugs - out of aluminum foil. The desperation one has to have to do that!

A new security guard was hired and s/he was bringing drugs into the prison and was paid $80,000 per delivery. A drug sniffing dog was brought in and found a false wall where a lot of stuff was hidden.

There is a bounty of $45,000 on that dog's head.
