Dearest little Lucy, what an utterly gorgeous Egyptian Mau/Asian Leopard Cat you are! And you're only eight months old, still a growing girl. That first photo of you captures that kitteny mischief so well, and what a wonderful photo gallery you have on display here. What lovely brown/black/grey/tan coloring you have in your soft-looking fur, and you look so happy and full of wonder and joy. I wish I could reach right through the screen down to Dallas and pet you! Since I can't, I'm sure your loving and beloved Meowmie Brandi will pet you for me
.
And not only are you adorable to look at, you have the most delightful Purrrsonality, too! You are a very physically and socially active cat. You love marshmallows and playing with feather and stick toys and your little toy bear. And, along with Smokey, we are also so glad you are willing to wear a harness and leash so you can visit the great outdoors safely!
You are also very, very sweet and love cuddling, don't you. You were orphaned at a very young age and think of your dear Brandi as your mom, following her everywhere. You and she love each other very much. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Lucy, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and Brandi and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine day of celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats, maybe even some more marshmallows!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
