Very spring-like warm weather today - 55 degrees F, but I know by Monday it is supposed to be back to 29°, so am enjoying it while I can!

Chai and - let's see, I have 4 different kinds of chai to offer, blueberry tea, and gingerbread tea, as well as normal black tea if anyone want to share! It was bright and just slightly chilly today, but supposed to be cold again tomorrow. And I'll keep the kettle on, there's also cocoa that could be had as well, and some cornbread and ham if anyone's interested!

I think I want to cook up some beef and barley soup.

(I almost wrote 'barely') that and some rye bread and lot's of butter.

More hot water.........On saturday, It was a beautiful day and today it's about 20 degrees colder.

When it gets warmer I won't complain about the heat..

We will hold you to that promise, Richard!

P.S. (No apostrophe is necessary in "lots of butter")

When I woke up today, the bananas I had that just had a couple small freckle yesterday were almost 3/4 brown - so perfect for banana bread. They are now peeled and in the freezer, awaiting one more compatriot, then we can all have some banana bread!

    I'll go for the BB.....

    My apostrophy
    does atrophy
    I'll have to see
    Where it will be
    Up in a tree
    on a levee
    With a bee
    Or maybe....Gee!
    on a tee
    that does scare me
    but they are free
    to roam a city
    but it ain't pretty
When I stick them where they don't belong?
