Oh my, we didn't expect so many warm welcomes for the little turd! Thanks, you guys.

I've just now been able to reply since we are having a few issues with Raiden's health. A trip to the vet yesterday confirmed he has pyoderma (a round of antibiotics should clear it up), which isn't the concern...
He isn't like other puppies. He hardly plays and would rather cuddle and sleep. The vet is concerned more about how he looks. We all agree he is pretty darn cute, but when compared to other puppies in the litter, his head and eyes are pretty large for his body. That all sounds a little superficial, I know.. but something just seems off with him. There are a few other issues I don't have time to post right now (I should be getting ready for work! lol), but mainly its a watch and wait game. We are all very worried about him.
In a week he goes back for blood work to check his kidney function and such. Wish us luck!

Other than that, Towser is taking good care of his little bro. Raiden often wanders into Towser's crate and gets "lost", only to have big bro come to the rescue and show him the way out. Its quite adorable.

Prayers on the way for wee Raiden! Hopefully with the pyoderma taken care of, he will perk up.

Just a little update on little Raiden... while his skin condition has improved greatly, and he takes his medicine like a pro, he is still very "slow" and inactive. I can't wait until Wednesday when he gets his bloodwork done. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

Thank you all for keeping him in your prayers. Please keep the pawsitive thoughts coming, they are much appreciated.
