I got Bassett out of a box at a grocery store. Some kids were giving away free kittens. I hate to think what happened to her brothers and sisters. She was the last one in the box - no one wanted her because she was so small. I'm pretty sure she was no more than about 3-4 weeks old, even though they said she was 6-8 weeks or something.
