Occupant of Group W Bench
Bosun was my first failed foster almost 13 years ago. A few weeks ago I noticed her cheek was very swollen. At first we thought it was an infection and she was on antibiotics but it didn't get better. Last week I took her back and a different vet looked at her. She thought it was mouth cancer, and we got a biopsy done. I just got the test results.I don't know how long she has left but will be spoiled rotten (as always) and have all the treats, turkey, etc. that she wants.

She was trying to get into the pizza last night! No, Bosun, garlic and onions are NOT for kitties. She will get all the Thanksgiving turkey she wants though.

She's still hanging in there! She loves turkey, and mostly eats that, and specially-formulated kitty milk. She still fights her meds, though.

I'm glad to hear she was able to eat her favourite... turkey.As long as she fights the medicine, I don't think she's feeling too bad. Give her what she wants - and lots of kisses, too.
