My cat (Oliver) is getting a CAT scan tomorrow

He is in getting his scan right now. If everything goes according to plan he will started radiation therapy next week...

Prayers for Oliver. If I recall correctly his surgery came back with clean margins. Hopefully the radiation will make sure nothing is lingering and that the bad guys are all gone!

YOu are right, the surgery came back with clean margins and no spread to the lymph nodes. I will be able to find out from the CAT scan if it has spread to the lungs. If it has then I will have to make a decision about the next step.

So the CAT scans came back with no lesions in the lungs or the head, which measn the cancer hasn't spread and radiation might be effective
