Like I so agree. I knew half-way through, before the physical exam began, that I would not be returning. But I had invested two work days into the doctor just to get refills on Thyroid medicine, and I wasn't giving up.

You're welcome. From everything you said, I doubt yours is the first complaint they will get, but it may be the one that leads them to take action!
