Speaking of cats, I can't believe I didn't mention the Fur Posse! Everyone is doing well at the moment. Creamsicle and Coco Puff are dealing w/their allergies but we've got it under control.

Gracie is my bunk buddy. She sleeps under the covers and she has to be sure that she's touching me, preferably lying across my arms, which I can't stand for long. Even if she only rests her cheek in the palm of my hand, she's happy. She's such a love bug.

Tiger Kitty has become such a good house cat but he does like the girls who, of course, can't stand him. He doesn't hurt them; he just wants to play but they'll have no part of it. He thought he was going to be the alpha male but Specs let him know otherwise. It makes me so happy to see him play like a little kitten. If you'll recall, when I rescued him, he had a temperature of 104, a broken tooth and an abscessed leg. Now he's all healed in body and in spirit.

Yodie is more vocal than ever and the best part is no ear polyps! She's still a jewelry thief, though. I call her my cat burglar.

Specs had his yearly checkup and Dr. Lee told me that Specs is absolutely perfect and for a cat that is approximately 13 1/2, that's fairly amazing.

Creamy has been on Royal Canin Satiety dry cat food and, thankfully, she loves it and has lost weight.

Coco Puff's allergies lay him low for a day or two but as soon as he gets the depo shot, he's a new kitty.

It's hard to believe that I have all senior cats now except for Gracie. I seriously considered getting a kitten (my cat sitter had a tiny black one that was a real pistol) but I decided against it. I'm getting a little too old to take in a youngster but if one crossed my path and needed help, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

So, that's it. I hope that all of your furkids are doing well, too. It makes the holidays that much more enjoyable when they're happy and well.
