    Update

Alani is doing very well. He went to the vet for a recheck yesterday morning and she said that he looks great. He has dissolving stitches and some have already dissolved. My vet wanted him to continue to use the yesterdays news type of litter for a few more days so he's still staying in the dog crate in the hall bathroom at least until Saturday. I know he's lonely in there but soon everything will be back to normal. Luckily my vet didn't charge me anything for is recheck. She wants to see him again in 6 months.

That's great news! So glad you are doing so well, Alani!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Alani has now been out and about with the rest of the cats since early afternoon. He's doing great and is so much happier now. I was so lucky in that none of my other cats even hissed at him. They were very interested in smelling him though. I sure do have a wonderful bunch of cats.
