WELCOME to Pet Talk, Tilly, Scooby, Zack, and Jackie! ENJOY!!!!

I'm Pat, and I have five cats: Poppy, Elmer, Bob, Sparkler, and Poppaea (or more formally, Princess Poppaea Sabina Eugenia).
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

You can do what my Dad used to do with our Saint Bernard, Freckles. When she was growing up, he'd pick her up and note the weight, then weigh just himself, but that only lasted until they broke the scale. Then what he did was go to a truck (lorry) weighing station, drive the truck on with her inside, note the weight, then let her out of the truck (handing the leash to the attendant, Freckles was an angel on a leash) and then weigh the truck with just him, and do the math! Freckles was about 185 pounds full grown.

Hi Karen, last time we tried to pick Zack up was at the vets , it took 4 of us. As for the weighing station that's out really as we live in the wilds of Scotland, thanks for the tip though.
