Liz, I'm terribly sorry to hear this. I don't know what CRF is, but my guess is something wrong with the liver and that is painful.If Mikey is in pain, can you give him a painkiller until he goes to the vet?
If you have to say goodbye to him, I wish for him a gentle and smooth journey to the RB. My thoughts are with you.
