If she was sneezing and had trouble breathing she probably died of Myco flareup. It scars the lungs and makes it very hard for a rat to breath and can lead to pnuemonia very fast. Please get your new buddy a friend, just make sure the new friend is a boy also. Pet store rats are very prone to disease and you don't want to be breeding unhealthy rats.
