    Can I get a pan-galactic gargleblaster delivered poolside and ambulance service after I drink it?

    I've been dealing with the VA trying to get my GI bill benefits and it's proving to be somewhat of a nightmare.

    Ice tea, vodka, cheese, crackers and iced coffee and a pair of scissors to cut thru the red tape.
