Dearest little Gloria, what a sweet, darling girl you are, and what a wonderful birthday present for your Purrrson! You are so pretty, with your white and grey fur, your pale eyes looking out with such love and fun, and your blue nail polish! What a sweet picture of you holding on to your Purrrson's arm and nuzzling it as she strokes your tummy. You and she are a PURRRFECT pair, aren't you!
At just nine months old you are still a growing girl, full of kitteny energy and fun, chasing and playing fetch with your leather mouse or plastic ball. You love attention, knocking Meowmie's book down and going to sleep on it when you want her to notice you. And you are so full of affection and love, too.. going to sleep at the foot of Meowmie's bed but lying next to her, " - little head on the pillow, body under the blanket" when she wakes up. What a delightful sight to awaken to!
Congratulations, darling Gloria, on being selected today's Cat of the Day! We hope that you and your Meowmie and your whole family are enjoying a fine day of celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite treats and games.

And may I say, your royal blue nail "polish" is simply divine, and so beautifully compliments your coat and coloring! But as others have commented, that shot of you holding tight, so lovingly to your mommy's arm is beyond precious! It was a long wait before your mommy's dream of having a kitty all her own would become a reality, but as the saying goes, some things are well worth the wait! And the fact that your Gotcha Day falls on your mommy's birthday makes your homecoming all the more special, and double the reason for celebration! What a sweet and snuggly, beautiful best friend for life your mommy has in you, sweetheart, and I hope for you both many, many more wonderful years together! You're a peach!
