Both of mine need their teeth cleaned. One a lot more than the other so which works better? Also can the finger brush come loose while brushing kittys teeth?

It really just matters which your cat will tolerate better. The finger cap is usually pretty snug, I wouldn't worry about it coming loose. See Spencer for good kitty tooth brushing photos!
