    Is it hard to paint on feathers? I would think the individual strands might separate ...

    Thank you! (: No, I find feathers very easy to paint on. They do sometimes split, but that mostly happens when you use softer feathers.

    Those are beautiful. I've been trying to learn how to draw birds, specially cardinals. Not having much success but still having fun.
    No matter what anyone does, someone some where will be offended some how!!!!
