All three of my cats have loved these. Got them at PetSmart when Chessie was a kitten.
And when Chessie was a kitten (before Casey joined us), I used to let him come down to the basement with me. After checking out everything, he'd go up on the stairs to relax and watch me and the trains.

I have a couple of these, but my cats remain unimpressed.It seems the things they like best require batteries, and I hate having to always charge or change batteries. Good luck with yours!
