Aw, I am sorry.It sounds like dental problems and she may need a tooth extracted or meds for an infection. I would get her back in, the vets are there to help you.

I just replied to your message and agree with the other posts here that the issue with Cassie's mouth needs more investigation. Please call the friend (ER) you have mentioned - he may be able to give you the best direction to take right now.
