    I am so ready to wash this year out of my hair!!! Of course a year ending in 13 might not be that fantastic either.

    Going to watch the ball drop in New York on tv tonight. I figure if New York makes it to midnight, Kansas probably will too. Got some creme soda in the fridge to toast the new year in.

    Let the party begin! I'm all decked out in my party clothes - fuzzy lounge pants, sweatshirt, and slippers that look like Eskimo boots. Had my gourmet dinner of fish sticks (which I shared with my best girl, Myndi), crackers with hot pepper jelly (which I DIDN'T share with Myndi), and washed it down with a Pepsi. Soon my date (Myndi - who else???) and I will head to bed and watch t.v. and will probably be asleep long before the ball drops in The Big Apple. Yes - I'm quite the party animal.
