    Belated Introduction: Meet Jake!

    Michael and I went on a Craigslist rescue mission a few weeks ago. This little guy was posted on their for free and I was pretty terrified that he was going to end up with someone awful. So, we went and picked him up and instantly fell in love, so he is now a member of our family. He is totally Michael's dog and loves him to pieces, but I'm his mommy .

    Meet Jake, the Pit Bull!

    He's about 15 weeks old now I'd say, we got him when he was 12 weeks.

    Brennan LOVES him and he LOVES Brennan. They're cute together. He's like a mini Brennan personality wise.

    Thank you everyone

    We were a little worried about how Brennan was going to take to Jake, we had some issues when he first got here, but today Jake ran in while Brennan was eating and instead of snapping at him, Brennan moved so Jake could eat his food . They're normally separated when they eat in different rooms to avoid conflict, but Jake came barging into my bedroom to see his brother. They did well and I was proud of them for that .

    Jake is wonderful, but I wish he'd stop eating my loofahs .

    At least loofas are less expensive than the shoes most pups go for! Glad the two are getting along so well!
