I am so sorry to read of Amy's journey to Rainbow Bridge. I learnt so much about CH from Amy and she was the first cat that I had ever seen with this condition.

I am so sad to hear that you have lost Amy. I think you are right, it must be even more difficult to lose one that you have spent so much time worrying over.
