Not only did she give a most deserving piggie a 2nd chance at happiness, "the Beast," was blessed with a piggie pal, a beautiful best friend...dare I say girlfriend...as well? You sound like quite the demanding diva (a girl after my own heart), and rightfully so! A girl has to put her paw down every now and then and show (especially the boys) who's boss!
