Yes, the Mack truck was my husbands. In this new incident where he killed the 2 people, he was originally just charged with evasion, but now I see he is charged with 2 counts manslaughter 1st degree (class B felony *) and reckless driving bail set at $100,000 but then still charged with Evading responsibility with death/serious injury, bail set at $1,000,000; so I am not sure just what is happening with that.
