Is there a Humane Society in your area that could recommend an inexpensive vet? I'm not sure where you live but some large pet stores have a vet section as well.

Hopes and prayers that Charlie will be neutered and vaccinated as he NEEDS to be. That's a good idea, Candace, about seeing if there's a local Humane Society that could recommend an inexpensive vet or that might have reduced rates or grants for such services. Or is there a vet school anywhere near by with a clinic that might be less costly?

The vet college here is more expensive. I'll remind them again to look into.
