    My name is Katie Buttercup, since I was a twice rescue I do not know my precise age so I guess I am about six. I grew up in a San Francisco hotel room, but was happy to move to the country when I was three and boy do I love it! I now live in the pretty Napa Valley.

    I loved to be "in the picture" as I crave the attention. And those strange smelling things called dogs, yeah, okay, I get along with them too. We have been traveling a lot and I am great at it, seen a lot of places like the biggest litterbox ever, I think she called it "beach."

    I believe I am a Turkish Van, as I have no undercoat and the fingerprints of being pushed out of heaven are clear on my back, that's what I have been told. I sort of like that. It is good to live here!
    I agree completely with Pinot's Mom, Kay country gal, Phesina and kb2yjx! Katie Buttercup, you are absolutely stunning, beautiful and lovely! And fluffy, and gorgeous! I enjoyed your photo shoot so much! What beautiful calico colors you have, your ear tufts and your green eyes remind me of gem stones.     What a lovely Lady you are Miss Katie Buttercup, and it looks like the third time is the charm as far as finding your FurrEver Home is concerned.
    How two sets of Guradians could not want you as their Cat is so puzzling.
    But you are a treasured Cat now, and in a fine home in a beautiful part of California.

    I can not imagine anyone pushing YOU out of heaven. But then, I can't imagine anyone on earth letting you go either. I am so happy you have a wonderly loving forever family now.     What a gorgeous girl you are, Buttercup, simply breathtaking! And by all accounts you're just as beautiful on the inside as you are on the outside! But oh, what a story is yours, Buttercup! From eking out an existence in a dingy hotel room, to living la dolce vita in the beautiful Napa Valley; traveling the countryside with your family and ** *...bonus...*** digging in the world's biggest sandbox! Now that is one rags to riches, happy ending Cinderella tale if there ever was one!
    I too can't comprehend how a kitty as beautiful and sweet as you could be twice "returned!" But as catmandu has said, the third time for you was definitely the charm, and we're so happy you and your family found your way to one another! Heaven sent you were!
