I would appreciate any insight into training a one year old rescue dog from being fence aggressive/barky.

My new little one is quite vigilant, and not 100 percent on recall (we keep working).

Funnily enough, now the big dog (oldest one) does NOT bark at fence noises.

Thoughts?
