What an utterly precious Ginger man you are, Taco; so handsome and personality packed, with just enough spicy salsa (gotta have salsa with your taco), to keep your humans smiling and on their toes, and those moths running for refuge! "The life of the party," that you are, Taco, and clearly the love of your humans' lives! Who could resist?
Hope you're enjoying your big day in the spotlight,Taco; being treated to all your faves, purring the day away!
And when you're in the umm ... mood, please have your people give you a bunch of cuddles for me!

Dear Friend,
First of all, thank you so much for sharing your precious Taco with us. I'm sixty-one years old and have had cats all my life. That said, I know their habits very well and as soon as I saw those dilated pupils, I knew Taco was about to nail something like one of his toys. What a wonderful kitty! And a purr monster to boot!
Now, I have to rain just a little on your parade. Unless there is absolutely no way Taco can get into traffic, or any other animal, including hawks, etc. can get to him when he goes outside, I very strongly urge you to make a complete house kitty of him. I did it with a kitty we had years ago and he never really wanted to go out once he saw the inside of the house was his domain. I know you love Taco and I would really hate to think of you losing him to a car or a dog or something bad like that, or to have him just disappear and never, ever know what happened to him. It happened to me and my heart still aches when I think about it, as long as it's been, because I could have done something to have lengthened their lives. Almost every vet will say it's better to keep a kitty inside than to take the chance of losing them in some tragic way. It's up to you, my friend. I didn't mean to meddle but just to possibly save you from some long-term heart-ache.
Now, may Taco and his humans have a long, happy, healthy life together, with lots of good food and toys with which to play. May the Lord bless and keep you always.

Taco, you are just adorable! I love the description of how you wiggle before jumping on a toy. How much joy you must bring to your humans...

But I have to totally agree with Jim. Having lost two precious Burmese who managed to find a way out of the garden on to the road, I would never even consider having a cat if I couldn't make sure it was safe.

There are so many ways a cat can enjoy the outside but not get out on the road. High fencing and netting are pretty easy to do. Or cement sheeting on the fence because no cat can climb on it.
