Kirby is going to the vet today

I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope that Kirby will get well soon. Lots of prayers and positive thoughts are being sent his way.

Just saw that Kirby had to stay the night. I know with multiples it is still surprising how one's absence is so noticeable! Continued prayers from RI.

He's home!!

Still don't know what caused it, but he came home today. Had 24 hours of fluids, some antibiotics and antivomiting meds. He'll be on antibiotics for a week and canned ID for 5 days. The vet said if he throws up again, bring him right in the first time, we'll do the shots and nip this in the bud.

Thank you for your prayers and positive thoughts. I was so worried. It was hard to sleep without him snoring next to me.

Wonderful news! I'm sure you will BOTH sleep well tonight, with all the noises in the right places, ha haaa.

We both slept great. He woke up in the same position he went to sleep. Love that boy!

He threw up his dinner, so a fast call to the vet and fast trip back to the office. He's now on anti-vomiting meds twice a day; antibiotics twice a day and carafate for his stomach. I'm also feeing him 3 times a day instead of 2 - smaller meals.
