From Griffin Pond Animal Shelter and Peaceful Paws Animal Springs


We at Griffin Pond and Peaceful Paws have been nominated to participate in a wonderful contest opportunity through Chase Community Giving. The contest takes place on Facebook from 9/6 through 9/19/12. Chase will be giving out 5 million dollars spread out over the top 196 vote getters. The grants will range from 10K through 100K depending on where the top 196 charities finish. We would LOVE to win 100K but will be grateful for any grant we receive. This grant money will be able to help with our general operation costs and save more animals lives.

P.S. I just bought a banana - I will wait a day or two for it to ripen more, then test and see if I am still allergic to them, now that I have no gall bladder!

I'm not allergic to latex, or Kiwi - but my niece is now allergic to Kiwi fruit!
