Beautiful Rusty

Rusty is so appealing; he has such soft eyes. I hope it's ok - I made a rainbow picture of Rusty, using on of my own photos. I've made dozens of these for others; I hope picturing your beloved Rusty at a rainbow will ease your pain at least a little.

rusty has a new friend at the rainbow bridge.. buttons. and rusty is showing buttons the kingdom.. rusty looks alot like our original david that is missing from ten years ago... i looked up into the sky at about 2 am this morning and i saw this bright star shining in the dark void.. i looked again and there was david senior and patches and possibly ocha who went missing 7-22-2012.. we did a candlight service for ocha 8-22 2012 and i lit the candle yesterday for buttons and let it burn for about 6 hours.. .. dear rusty please show buttons therainbow kingdon.. pat n diane 20120826.0915

Maerlyn, thank you so much for the beautiful picture of Rusty at Rainbow Bridge! It brought an instant flood of tears to my eyes, it touched me so much. Yes, he was very sweet. He never scratched me or anyone else, except maybe accidentally during playtime. And I never, not even once, heard him hiss! He did however yowl sometimes when he wanted his food. Did you ever see my youtube video of him before he passed? Here it is. He was so thin in it. He used to be a gentle giant.

Yes, he was the sweetest little guy! I've heard that the orange male cats are that way...don't know if that's true but Rusty lived up to the legend. Today's cat of the day, Leo, reminds me of Rusty and I'm going to share the angel wings picture for him.
Issop, you know Rusty and David have taken Buttons under their wings and they are having a blast at Rainbow Bridge as they are rounding up all the others to join in the fun! :-)
