    That is a tremendous difference! Congratulations!

    I am shrinking too...I don't really have a before pic! I am down about 15.5 lbs with about the same to go.

    I attend a group for eating addiction so I can work on the 'fat in my head' as I call it and grow more inside as I shrink outside.

    Slow and steady...that's the way to go. You rock!

    Looking good! Be very proud of yourself, losing weight isn't easy. Your mental image of yourself will change in time. I lost 30 pounds this year and sometimes feel no different. Look in a mirror!

    I seriously need to gain weight. I weigh like 94lb Seeing that you're losing weight makes me want to gain weight even more! :-/

    Good Luck and pray for me! I need to gain weight before September :-/
