    I like Carlotta's bright blue color - wow! How neat that she is taken to conferences -- sounds like a great opportunity for the people to see and learn about tarantulas. Happy Pet of the Day, Carlotta!

It's not every day we have a Sapphire Ornamental Tarantula as our featured honoree, so seeing you in all of your colorful glory today up on my screen was truly a treat...and I learned quite about your very unique species as well...fascinating! Your guardian has a very special friend in you Carlotta, and I can only imagine the *gasps* of wonder and delight you evoke, the smiles you bring to the faces of all who have the pleasure of meeting you at those expos and conventions! What a wonderful friend your person has you in, what a wonderful teacher, what a wonderful ambassador for Tarantulas of all kinds you are!
